Yoga has numerous health benefits from easing the breathing especially, a great help on the mountain to counter the altitude issues, stress relief, mobility and many other positive impacts. And doing yoga in open air with a pure natural area on the lap of Himalayan giants, is just very very special way to experience the life.

This 07 day’s journey combines  this finest ethical trek with Yoga, led by an experienced and knowledgeable trekking guide and a professional yoga instructor . The journey is on the foothills of stunning Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountains, in Myagdi districts, on off-the beaten and on the natural trails. Breathtaking mountain view, unique culture and amazing nature with Yoga makes this a perfect blend, an experience of lifetime. Food and accomodation

The food on the trail is healthy and locally produced organically, that includes mainly vegetarian diets of dal bhat and many local food. The accommodation is mainly in the community lodges and some homestay managed by the community themself.

Level of journey

Anybody who loves to be on the mountain and want to do yoga outdoor in nature would love this trek. The journey is categorised as easy to moderate level with 5-6 hours of average walking hours with the highest point being little over 3300m only.
